Become a part of South Bend’s entrepreneur movement.
The South Bend Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program (SBEAP) connects local community members to the transformational opportunity of becoming small business owners. By partnering with SBEAP, you’ll make a difference in the lives of your neighbors by working alongside them while they overcome economic hardship to grow sustainable entrepreneurial ventures.
Support our work to expand economic opportunity and strengthen the South Bend community by becoming a:
- Consultant: Collaborate with entrepreneurs one-on-one and help solve particular problems they encounter along the way to establishing a profitable enterprise.
- Mentor: Share your time and experience as a mentor, providing insight and coaching to program participants working to establish a venture in a sector related to your own.
- Donor: Support scholarships to cover the cost of boot camp attendance for an aspiring entrepreneur, or explore how your organization can give to fund grants for individuals as they attempt to launch sustainable ventures.
- Customer: Shop goods and services offered by local SBEAP entrepreneurs in person at our annual holiday market in December, or all year round by browsing the directory of program participants here.
