Susan McDonald

Susan McDonald is the Program Manager for the McKenna Center, and is responsible for implementing initiatives including the South Bend Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program, the Urban Poverty and Business Initiative (UPBI) partnership, as well as planning for the Experiential Classroom. Prior to joining Notre Dame, Susan worked for 10 years as Director of Administration for one of the top providers of civil-legal services in the US.  In this role she was responsible for managing the programmatic and financial performance of the organization’s grants, in addition to other financial, facility, operational, and human resource responsibilities. She has more than 20 years’ experience establishing and managing non-profit projects among low-income communities in the US and overseas.
